England-based photographer Phillip Capper has taken photographs since he was 5. He was born and raised Liverpool (mostly in Wallasey) but now living in Wellington, New Zealand.
Capper sees photography almost always as a sort of diary rather than an artistic endeavour. And here below is a set of beautiful color photos that he shot street scenes of Europe in the early 1960s.
