An old photos was found by Bryan Chernick that shows a billboard of “Photography by Elwin D. Scheyer” around late 1950s. It looks like photographer Elwin D. Scheyer has a Graflex Crown Graphic 4×5 press camera.

“Some information I found on Elwin D. Scheyer, he was born in 1930 in Massachusetts. According to the 1940 U.S. Census he lived in Bothell, WA when he was 10 years old. In 1950 he joined the Mountaineers and lived at 707 N Alder in Seattle. In 1954 and 1955 he was still in the Mountaineers and their records showed he lived at the Seattle address on the billboard, 11438 Marine View Dr., Seattle, WA.”
